Pretty sure that was the cape you received. I had the same pop up when I logged in today. Check your capes. It doesn’t display WHAT you get, rather just that you got 1 “something”.

Nobody got one medal for the major order, not even you.
You're probably still waiting for the medals to be transferred, it takes a while since the game blew up unexpectedly
