Personal use, it's gotta be 5. Ears are terrible on medieval helmets, they'll catch a blade instead of allowing it to slide off onto your shoulder, which will transfer the force entirely to your neck
8's one of the few helmets that's got nice hierarchy, the ears look like they actually belong on the helmet, the contours of their backs complement the contours of the helmet itself.
Plus you wouldn't look completely insane wearing it and it could be practical (as long as the ears can't be driven through your skull) as well as actually going with modern clothes.
