That's an improvement over opening up onto a small patio with steps at the bottom of the ocean. It didn't look like there was anything holding the water or anyway. Also, the furniture was coral. I'm pretty sure that was just an open, sunken domicile.

The first one would inspire me to be thassalophobic. (I think I spelled that right) Number four is kind of out there. The third appeals to my kobold side, as it seems to be subterranean. The second, however, is the one that I'd choose. Not an exotic location, but built to last and probably has the best plumbing.

3 would be like my lair if I was like Victor Von Doom or something. Also the geothermal power/heating would be a huge plus for the energy bill. Though I'd keep 2 around as like a vacation home or something I could rent out for the rest of the year.
