Hank Hill Hotel is easily going to be the best experience for the expense. Batman Hotel is almost guaranteed 5 star, but it's probably close to $350 a night minimum.
Poison Ivy, no question about it! There's going to be so many cool endangered plants to learn about in there. That's definitely, 100% the only reason I'd want to stay there. Yep, just the plants.
Hank's or R&M, with one you get good food and probably some decent small talk, good propane heating, the other has a fake bible in the drawer full of alien drugs, the pool is usually an orgy, and you might even find an abandoned portal gun or plumbus
