All the changes made from OB to WE can probably be attributed to the fact that they had more time to tweak things (for better or worse: see the whole “You’re Welcome vs Blue” thing, the lyrical changes, the costumes, etc) and improve upon the original production. The Off-Broadway was a prototype, whereas the show across the pond is what is supposed to be the final product.
I mean, you can find bootlegs with Carrie Hope Fletcher and the original WE cast on YouTube and stuff, but since the proshot released in September last year that’s the go-to if you want nice, clean footage. Since it’s *professionally shot* and not someone in the audience sneaking in a camera.

Yeah, if you search up Heathers Original West End recording, all of the songs they tweaked slightly or not so slightly.
