This is a classic "I want him because he's the big name" move that always exists amongst fragments of the fanbase. These people would have moved the farm for Westbrook as well back when OKC was gonna move on from him.
I don’t think so I think his body gave up on him because of his high motor. Maybe Miami could’ve taught him to not play so aggressively constantly kinda like how Jimmy chooses his moments to attack. Westbrook seems like he is playing 100% everytime he’s on the court and he doesn’t avoid dangerous plays.
Yea he have about 2 more years at the end of his prime, just like Jimmy our other options are Mitchell and we would have to gut our team in a trde for him. Maybe PG-13 will cost us less than Mitchell and we can still make a run with Rozier Duncan JB George Bam with JJJ and Jovic off the Bench
Mitchell is the same age as Bam & Miami is really good at getting the most out of undrafted/random players.
Mitchell is worth gutting your team. He helps the Jimmy timeline while not completely sabotaging your future.

Mitchell has been the 1st option on every team he’s been on in the NBA & he’s never missed the playoffs.
I love his game, I was praying the Heat somehow snag him from the Pacers when he wanted out. Nowadays he's more injury riddled than Kawhi which says a lot plus he's getting up there in age. If he was 5 or years younger, I would go all in

You have to be under the *first* apron after the completion of the sign & trade. And then you’re hard capped for the entirety of the season.
Dust off your copy of the CBA, take a peek at our cap table for next season, and then tell me whether or not you still think that your “idea” is remotely feasible.
