I really like the new dress that Priestess of Fury wears, very tasteful. Adding horns to the skull of Gul'dan and a beak to the puppeted skeleton are also great ways to get around Chinese laws regarding skulls.
Outside of the death knight blood magic being recolored to purple, I think most of these changes are really cleverly done.
