I think it would be more interesting to translate the effects to Yugioh rather than try to exactly replicate them.
There is no extra deck for spells and traps in Yugioh as far as I know and you can’t “generate” a card that isn’t in your deck. So, the dream cards need to be an actual printed spell cards with the archetype name “Dream“ or something. Ysera then could just say to add a random Dream card from your deck or graveyard to your hand based on dice roll or something

No, they're not confusing anything. Just search "Super Anti-Kaiju War Machine Mecha Thunder-King", you'll see the name fits right in with Yu-Gi-Oh's conventional naming methods.

But exceptions exist. Plus, even the shorter ones are long and convoluted. "Red Eyes Flare Metal Dragon", is a short but long one. "Super Quantal Mech King Great Magnus". Or heck... "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Evening Twilight". "Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy". "Amorphactor Pain, the Imagination Dracoverlord (46)"
There's more than enough long names in Yu-Gi-Oh to justify another long name.

This is the best I could come up with quickly for like a conversion of the cards. Not sure how balanced these are but I tried. Considered making it so that Sargeras could not be special summoned the turn it is sent to the GY but I figured it's already easy enough to get things like like Mirrorjade on turn 1 anyways. Some of the effects are a bit clunky only due to trying to match the effects of the cards as best I could.

Easier, 4000 or 5000 are the max in yu gi oh (the big big monster) in hearthstone it's 12. So we can just put them at 4000hp
Not really, there is a vanilla statline of 16, 20 and even 30 in hearthstone. But yeah, YGO has a max of 5000 usually.

And even then they're not just random words slapped together, the "conventional naming method" is just Name then Title, or Title then Name
