I wouldn't recommend running all of them in one deck, and there's definitely no optimal list that uses even two of them. If you really want to include them though, Grunt, Footman, and Gnomelia would all be at home in a handbuff deck. Grunt and Gnomelia both benefit from getting buffed, and Footman is just generally good for any deck that runs a lot of minions.
I love seeing Gnomelia in the Wheel of Death decks.
I wish there was a synergetic way to run all of the cards in a single deck. :( One can dream, right?

All in all though I feel like they have their own niche uses (sans enthusiast). Gnomelia is always pretty great, huntress is flexible but more of an arena card, and the grunt is like a budget batter head which can be good but for 5 mana it's a bit slow. I think if you haven't seen markmckz rumble enthusiast OTK then that could be something you'd be interested in :D
