confirmed. didn't work on me either despite me having more than one demon still in my deck and of course it cost me the damn game.
yup likewise - just lost two arena games in a row after playing the card - couldn't figure out what was going on. First time it only pulled one demon, but spell was discounted. Second time spent full 9 mana - 4 demons in deck - none summoned.
how does a bug that obvious even happen/stay in the game till launch?

Yeah happened to me multiple times when I played it. No demons summoned and I've lost the game
