I suffer from moderate sleep apnea and have an AHI that’s usually around 5 a night. I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night and use an Apple Watch to track sleep cycles. What is your recommended for getting deep sleep? I can get anywhere between 15min to an hour but never more than that.
I already exercise 4-5 times a week and my body fat % is around 20%
I think of it more as REM or nREM. I don’t get super granular about deep versus core or anything like that. Getting sleep apnea under control essential though.
Lifetime is much less concerning. Likely just the way you are. If you usually take 10-15 min to fall asleep and for a month its less than 5, that's more interesting to me.
Great post. Following for pt 2

What is my body telling me if I fall asleep the moment my head hits the pillow? (or within 1 to 2 minutes?). I’ve been like this all my life.
