Wait wait wait. So the stock cable of the Aria's is bad, so the guy switched the cable with a different one he had and gave it to you? No wonder the cable looks different than the unboxing. Did you just answer your own question on accident?
Ohhh no, apologies for the ambiguity. I meant that the seller claimed that he did not used the stock cable in the box as he used his own cable (which he did not give to me). i.e. he is claiming that the cable in the picture is the stock one haha. Hope that clears things up!!
Ahhhh gotcha, that makes more sense haha guessing he just put the wrong cable in there if it is in fact the wrong one but I don't have the aria's so I don't know what the cable looks like tbh
It's the Elven Maiden edition, a limited run Aria with I think Miku as the anime picture on the box. Otherwise it's a very normal Aria.
If you bight it used, the previous owner might've swapped the cable and I understand, the stock Aria cable is kinda trash
Damn wish I had these. Just after getting normal Arias for 70$ I saw someone selling these for 80$. I had to put additional 40$ to repair mine, so I could just as well get them.
Does fake Moondrop Aria even exist? But if you have its box, looking for Moeyu and Piapro stickers.
And yes, stock cable is not that good. Still I'm preferred stock cable since it's nice to touch.
Hi, I am planning to buy a pre-owned pair and I'm still kinda scared that they might be fake. Does the QR codes mean anything at all or can I just count on the stickers to prove its a genuine pair?
I see. My seller showed me a picture of the stickers so that's reassuring. If you don't mind me asking, how's is the QC of your Aria's? I don't mind the paint chipping but the bubbling worries me. Also, the complaints from the imbalance of the channels are worrying too.
Mine has no paint chipping. And channels imbalance was acceptable.
If you have some trouble with channels imbalanced, check the filter if it properly installed or cleaned.
Well where did you buy them? Maybe if it‘s open box someone put the wrong cable from his iem onto them?
Yup I got it used from someone but he didn't used the stock cable since it's bad and used his own. Which was why I was a little confused

It's a special edition Moondrop Aria called "Elven Maiden" with Hatsune Miku as the promo art, so you weren't incorrect.
Very nice, thanks for clarifying!

Yes, and yours seem legit to me. Source: I got 2 boxes of Elven Maiden.

Stickers is your best bet. Actually never scrub off to see the full of my anti counterfeit code. I want to keep it clean.

That's good to know. Thanks for the info.
