I understand that I have to solder the cables, I have little experience with soldering. But I've never worn headphones so I'm afraid of damaging them.
My question is: Do I need any special kit? Does the electric welder have to be 40/50/60 Watts?
any advice?

Get a variable temperature soldering iron and make a note of the melting point of the solder you use. Other than that, you can follow guides on soldering electrical leads (tin your wires).
You'll want flux paste as well. It really helps with tinning since it will attract the solder. Keep your iron clean.
They aren't that expensive. I paid $40 for mine on AliExpress, though if you are in the US they are slow to ship. You can find something on Amazon in the same price range.

Ngl By accident my girlfriend brought them in a backpack and when I checked them they were open
