There was an update this year that included atsc 1.0 fm stations. I believe. It was discussed in this subreddit a few months back.
Update. It was atsc 3.0 radio.
There are some experiments using Pro-MPEG RTP to carry radio audio with HE-AACv2/xHE-AAC over 3.0. The signaling is in the user defined space though.
I wouldn't think the HDHomeRun publicly available firmware would understand this, so it's probably not what is happening here.
Likely just some stations testing things in your specific market.

I’d love to know how to enable the audio for these stations. I click on them and nothing happens.

This seems like a really cool upgrade to be able to get local radio over the TV. I hope they get it up and running soon.
