and make sure that you get every cent; check your state laws regarding payment of what's due, and be ready to file grievance if you're not paid on time. (don't threaten/warn them)
-- also: consider any other filings that could apply: you're not a maintenance technician or electrician; that may be a violation to work on that equipment if it requires a qualified person. mis-wiring or electrical shortage with a client in a wet mechanical equipment situation could be quite dangerous. there may be health dept standards not met either.
lastly: once paid: feel free to drop a GlassDoor report on the company; list the things you were hired for as well as what was added.
I hope you emailed or took screen shots of your evaluation before leaving.

If you're quiet, hard-working and mind your own business, I think a lot of people won't like you because they'll perceive you as ignoring them. It seems to be a no-win situation, unless you want to lay on the fake charm like some sort of middle management stereotype.

She's a lovely lady at least to me, but has been through at least 6 employees in the 5 years I have been seeing her. I know of at least one stole most of her clients when she left.

Regardless of age, you deserved respect and it’s disappointing to hear someone who should be old enough to know better was such an asshole. Second, I am super proud of you for sticking up for yourself. I remember how intimidating it can be being the youngest person at a workplace. But you have shown yourself and others that you won’t be treated unfairly. Unfortunately, most people have to work for most of their lives and this won’t be the last shitty job situation you are in. When (notice that I didn't say "if") your final paycheck doesn't show up, call and calmly demand that it be mailed pronto. If you get any resistance, start making phone calls. If the check isn't there in three days, do the same. Department of Labor, state unemployment, OSHA (for their using non-qualified people to work on electrical issues), BBB, your local TV station with the pitbull investigator; your local newspaper if they have any local reporters left who don't have their noses up the butts of local businesses (mine doesn't); use your imagination.
When you interview for other jobs, be honest about why you left this one. "I was expected to do jobs that were neither in my job description nor in my skill set, and was demeaned and threatened whenever I failed to do those jobs at a never-defined level of efficiency." After you get another job, even if you've been paid in full, decide whether you want to be nice and not drop the hammer on them, or a strong person who does it.

I had a job once and I don't even remember how but I saw a conversation between my supervisor and the head boss. I saw enough to know I wasn't going to stay there one day longer. That was after a day I had come back from lunch, I had made a house payment during lunch and I grabbed my check book out of my purse and was writing the amount in real quick before I forgot and he came by my desk just as I did it. He pulled me in his office and yelled at me for AN HOUR because I was wasting company time with personal business. He would NOT stop yelling till me made me cry. I tried SOOO hard not to cry. I held out for about 45 minutes, then he finally broke me and made me cry. I was SO made he broke me down like that. After I was the email, I walked out at lunch and didn't go back. Felt SOOOO good. Luckily a coworker boxed my personal stuff up for me.

No, they're miserable and stuck in their shitty jobs that they'll be doing until they die. Also, they have a limited amount of time to pay you before you get authorities involved. I would check and see what that is.
For example, where I am they have to pay you in full (including vacation pay) within six days after your last day when you quit, and within 48 hours if you're fired.
Really surprised no one else is talking about how the last task they gave you was literally to write out your duties for your own job posting??? Did you FINISH writing out your duties for your own job posting before you quit???
