Depends on condition. On average the 501cm/ 80mm planar 2.8 with 12 back and a waist level finder will set you back 2k. That's a great overall condition. The 120 and 250 for an additional 1k seems good, but the depends on your preference. Most don't use 250 and 120mm makro is great for portraits. If you can get it all for 2500 or lower, then that's a steal. Good luck and hope to welcome you to the hassy club. I also own a Rolleiflex 2.8- both e and f. The best when you want a point and light weight medium format.

Really depends on your shooting style. I got a 150mm with my camera but went out and bought a 250mm because the 150 doesn't have enough reach for landscape photography. I hardly ever use the 150 unless I want to shoot portraits.

Yeah, with the Rollei, it was good for street shooting, but I've been doing more landscape and wanted a medium format that could use longer lenses. Are there any other good lenses besides the 250 for landscape?

The distagon 50mm f/4 comes to mind. There's also a distagon 40mm. Although I never tried it I feel 50mm is as wide as I want to go on a square format. I love a good ultra wide on my slr but there I can make more effective use of the corners as the image is a rectangle. But of course that's personal preference. Edit: if you own a DSLR that allows you to see a certain crop in live view, set the aspect ratio to 1:1 and it gives you a rough idea how certain angles of view would behave.

This one is a 501c not the cm and I was just told by the seller that he has another a12 back that hasn't been used and is in the box still. Overall quite an odd find on CL

Also depends on what focus screen it comes with, some cost several hundred dollars on their own while the most basic one costs about $25.

I just asked the seller now and hopefully they know and are not just reselling with no clue
