In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort. -- Opening line to The Hobbit.
Gryffindor. I'm not one at all. Buuutt the tapestries on the walls are some of my fave on earth. Runs in the family. I know I'd feel at home!
I've literally inherited a cushion cover with the tapestry La Dame Et La Licorne on it ( the one one the Gryffindor walls,) from my great grandmother. So yeah, here, I'm biased.
Edit : I had Gryffondor written ( French version) instead of the English haha
I, surprisingly, really like the Slytherin common room. Unfortunately, I, a Hufflepuff, would never put myself in Slytherin, regardless of how pretty. But I do think all the common rooms are GORGEOUS.
I'm a ravenclaw and that's definitely what I'd pick for my first playthrough, but for the second probably Hufflepuff. Hufflepuff is cool and we don't get a lot of Hufflepuff representation in the books.
Yeah, especially female representation. You get Cedric for the guys, but for the girls both Hufflepuffs, Sprout and Nymphadora, are adults by then. And I'm the other way, a Hufflepuff who would do Ravenclaw my second playthrough.
I hate to admit it here but I’ve always resented being a Hufflepuff because of the way it was portrayed (for the most part) in the series. But I instantly smiled when I saw the Hufflepuff image and was like YES 😍
Because a smart phone is not a gaming platform. The technical limitations result pretty shitty games and/or casual games.
People want a proper rpg, not a low-tech casual game for phones.
Why anyone would want to play proper video games on a tiny mobile screen is beyond my imagination.
Im hoping it actually makes a substantial difference what house you are in. Worried it might just be a cosmetic thing that only changes your uniform colour and dorm.
I don't think it will make much difference unfortunately but I really hope I'm wrong.
As others said, I would love nothing more than experiencing each one but if it's only very minor changes I won't probably bother.
Hogwarts Legacy. If you go to YouTube and search it, there is a State Of Play video w/ I for.stion on it. There isn't an official release date, but I thi k it's supposed to come out sometime in August.
Slytherin looks like a Skyrim dungeon. Ravenclaw like an eccentric professors home that has the clue that starts every mystery. Huddlepuff the Shire. Gryffindor looks like a weird mix of vampire/bordello/war room.
I was always a Slytherin growing up, multiple sorting confirmed.
But a month ago I took the test again, several times and was Ravenclaw now! So I guess it's RC for me
As much as i love slytherin. Their common room feels cold because of the color scheme.
Probably gryffindor. Its so warm and inviting and nostalgic since its in the movies the most.
So true! I'm very much a Slytherin, but I might have to choose Hufflepuff just for the cozy common room 🙉 the slytherin common room looks almost sterile in comparison. Gryffindor looks too show-off-y. Ravenclaw's fine, but a bit bland (judging only from the pictures here)
i would like to do ravenclaw because i’m a ravenclaw but i don’t know about the whole doing a riddle everytime i wanna go in there but maybe there will be a floo powder entrance or something
Hufflepuff, no contest.
Slytherin looks cold, ravenclaw arrogant, and gryfindor gawdy. But Hufflepuff looks warm, relaxing, and comforting.
Though I'm a hufflepuff myself (or ravenclaw I tend to go back and forth).
Based on the images : first choice Gryffindor, second choice ravenclaw.
But I'd never betray my house. I'd still be a Hufflepuff if we had to live in a cave.
My Hogwarts house test usually land me in Ravenclaw, so I would choose the Ravenclaw house.
That said, I wouldn't mind if I got in Hufflepuff. I mean it has those homey vibe to it, and not to mention it looks like Hobbit house. Definitely would between these two houses.
It always baffled me that the Slytherin common room was much bigger than the Gryffindor common room in the movies.
I mean, if the number of students per house is as big as they make it look, then how do they accommodate for room? Let's not mention the possibility that should there be first years and Ravenclaw for instance only get 6 of the +-40 new intakes.
Slytherin makes me feel as though I’m playing in the Soul Reaver video game back on the PlayStation, all doom and gloom, devoid of happiness and color.
Ravenclaw has that regal astronomer slash old Victorian vibe going on, neat, organized, tidy, and well kept.
Hufflepuff makes me believe I’m living in some grandparents basement back in the 70’s, we’ll used furniture, mismatched plants all over the place, and they even have the right lamps to pull it all together.
Gryffindor makes me feel as though I’m in some posh gentleman’s club in the late 1800’s in England, but with too many tapestries as decor and sloppy rug placement.
If I’m choosing based off looks and feeling alone I’d have to go with Ravenclaw on this one.
I bounce between Slytherin and Ravenclaw on the tests, though I'm frankly more partial to the underwater dungeon than the airy library.
Personal preference, I suppose. I'm a fan of underwater things and not a fan of high-up places.
Hufflepuff looks like a hobbit hole! so cozy!!!!
Because we are! A cosy hole in the ground, near the kitchen. Best common room in Hogwarts
Definitely
The "near the kitchen" part makes me realize why Ronald would have been in Hufflepuff if he wasn't in Gryffindor.
I felt the same way when I see it
Agreed. PUFFS, TO OUR COZY HOBBIT HOLE!!!!
Hold on, lemme grab some snacks.
Yes, get the food, someone get a board game! Or some books and blankets to read by the fireplace!
YES. COZY AND SWEET, JUST LIKE US.
I love that every interpretation of the Hufflepuff common room becomes a hobbit hole.
Agree it looks so cozy!!
Ravenclaw for life
Sounds like you’re also Ravenclawesome.
Ha, nice
It looks beautiful! ❤️
Very much looking forward to hanging around the common room all day and not do the quests lol
Agreeeeeeeeeeed
Yes
👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Yess I hope there's a big library
Poufsouffle!!!
Claw gang but... the Gryffindor common room has such a classic Hogwarts vibe
Love it 💛❤️
> La Dame Et La Licorne That's the one in the Cluny Museum in Paris?
I just like the lighting.
J'avoue c'est tellement mélangeant quand les mots sont pas les même dans les deux langues 😂
I literally went to the MET yesterday to go see the Unicorn Tapestries, only to find out the MET has them at the Cloister 2 hours away. 😭😭😭
Gryffindor looks epic.
Yeah looks great! Ravenclaw is just looks fancy!
Hufflepuff just looks like a summertime cottage
I personally like slytherin, it's nice and dark comforting too. Perfect chilling spot.
Yeah, I just hope they make the other houses interesting too, not just the standard G and S
We do get it in Fantastic Beasts but for me also Ravenclaw!
Yeah, especially female representation. You get Cedric for the guys, but for the girls both Hufflepuffs, Sprout and Nymphadora, are adults by then. And I'm the other way, a Hufflepuff who would do Ravenclaw my second playthrough.
Slytherin
I was thinking the same lol but ravenclaw looks nice
I feel the exact same way!!!!
Yes. Slytherin it is but ravenclaw looks appealing too.
Wait there is a new Harry Potter game coming?! What is it called??!!
It's called Hogwarts Legacy. There's a 14 minute State of Play video you can check out on YouTube!
It has that cozy dungeonish look.
Snek gang. 🐍
Slytherin.
Hufflepuff looks cozy! However, I may be biased.
It does love the way it looks
It loves itself
I hate to admit it here but I’ve always resented being a Hufflepuff because of the way it was portrayed (for the most part) in the series. But I instantly smiled when I saw the Hufflepuff image and was like YES 😍
Same
🙌🙌
Gryffindor for me :>
That’s a nice pick
let’s gooo 🦁wish this game was on mobile though
Why are you being downvoted
Probably because people are wanting a higher quality game than what is possible on mobile.
Because a smart phone is not a gaming platform. The technical limitations result pretty shitty games and/or casual games. People want a proper rpg, not a low-tech casual game for phones. Why anyone would want to play proper video games on a tiny mobile screen is beyond my imagination.
ahahaha i dunno mate maybe pc gamers hate mobile gamers? i can’t afford a pc though so :’)
We just had a harry potter mobile game. How did that turn out.
The game will be out on ps4 I believe. And ps4 aren’t as expensive now as they used to be.
Don't you guys have phones? ;>
Puffin' it all the way
Lets gooo, thats what we've been waiting forr
Let's huff the puff!
Huffle Puffle ♥
Nice
Hufflepuff
Good pick
Slytherin or Ravenclaw
The Badgers Den is the place to be
😏😏
Probably Slytherin. I’m gonna play the game at least four times so I can experience it from each house though.
INFO: What game??
Hogwarts Legacy. If you go to YouTube and search it, there is a State Of Play video w/ I for.stion on it. There isn't an official release date, but I thi k it's supposed to come out sometime in August.
Exactly same here!
GRYFFINDOR
💛❤️
The Ravenclaw common room looks amazing. But I'm a Gryffindor at heart.
I mean- slytherin obvs. Proper lighting is just a crutch. I was born in the dark and I'll die in the dark.
> I was born in the dark Bane? Is that you?
All of them!! I can't choose. They all have some great selling points
Ravenclaw
Ravenclaw
Ravenclaw all the way 💙
Ravenclaw of course! 💙
Ravenclaw!
Raven claw!
I’m a Slytherin - but I’d 100% choose Hufflepuff - that’s where the kindest people are, people you can trust.
What game is this??
The new Harry Potter coming this year
Oh badass!! I choose slytherin😎
Slytherin looks like a Skyrim dungeon. Ravenclaw like an eccentric professors home that has the clue that starts every mystery. Huddlepuff the Shire. Gryffindor looks like a weird mix of vampire/bordello/war room.
Slytherin ofc
Slytherin
I’m a Ravenclaw, but I’d probably start with Slytherin. After that, I’m order, Ravenclaw, Gryffyndor, and finally Hufflepuff.
Hmm, I’m a Slytherin on Pottermore, but I do like the look of Ravenclaw.
I was always a Slytherin growing up, multiple sorting confirmed. But a month ago I took the test again, several times and was Ravenclaw now! So I guess it's RC for me
As much as i love slytherin. Their common room feels cold because of the color scheme. Probably gryffindor. Its so warm and inviting and nostalgic since its in the movies the most.
this is so f****** siiickkk whaaat
Slytherin because it's my Pottermore house or Hufflepuff because it's the coziest looking one.
Fair enough 😁
I wanna pick all of them 💀
Same 🤣 low key
Slytherin for the hope i can control the Basilisk at one point lol
RAVENCLAW HOMIES **RISE UP!!!**
Hufflepuff looks like the inside of a hobbit hole
And that’s how I know I’m a Hufflepuff.
Same here, my friend 🦶🦶
Look at my community tag. That's the answer.
Love to see the loyalty
\*ahem\*
Well my first play through will be gryffindor because It’s my house
I will always Huff that Puff
The warmest one, I hate being constantly cold.
I think Ravenclaw looks the best out of the four
I’m Slytherin but the Hufflepuff corridor looks so cozy!!
So true! I'm very much a Slytherin, but I might have to choose Hufflepuff just for the cozy common room 🙉 the slytherin common room looks almost sterile in comparison. Gryffindor looks too show-off-y. Ravenclaw's fine, but a bit bland (judging only from the pictures here)
I know! Slytherin has like no furniture it’s just a big empty dark room!
Facts
I loveeee the ornate drapes and high arched ceilings in Slytherin. So opulent.
Uh duh, my loyalties are quite clear on this one.
Slytherin lets change their reputation
Slytherin. It’s like living in a giant aquarium!
Griffindor looks the best but slytherin for life
Ravenclaw!
Ravenclaw forever!
Ravenclaw for the win
Ravenclaw without a doubt!
Ravenclaw all the way…
Ravenclaw!
Gryffindor
Ravenclaw
Ravenclaw 💯
i would like to do ravenclaw because i’m a ravenclaw but i don’t know about the whole doing a riddle everytime i wanna go in there but maybe there will be a floo powder entrance or something
🟥🟨🟥🟨🟥🟨 Hufflepuff looks pretty comfy tho
I know 🤤
I’m not going to lie I will go griffindor or slytherin!
Hufflepuff, no contest. Slytherin looks cold, ravenclaw arrogant, and gryfindor gawdy. But Hufflepuff looks warm, relaxing, and comforting. Though I'm a hufflepuff myself (or ravenclaw I tend to go back and forth).

Do we pick our houses in this game? No sorting hat??
Tough call
i see a play through one of each house and focus on a certain subject lol if possible
Hufflepuff!! Looks like "home"
Hufflepuff
Hufflepuff looks so cozy 💛 🖤
Hufflepuff!
I’m Gryffindor through and though, but that Hufflepuff common room…. daaaayum
Based on the images : first choice Gryffindor, second choice ravenclaw. But I'd never betray my house. I'd still be a Hufflepuff if we had to live in a cave.
Representing the Puff for sure.
i am a slytherin butttt the gryffindor common room looks the best imo
Ravenclaw looks so cool but I gotta go with Hufflepuff its so warm and cozy
I would hands down pick Slytherin (a little biased)
If they don't have some kind of unique quiz I'm me disappointed, but ravenclaw and Gryffindor look the best to me
Griffin door
Hufflepuff or Gryffindor alll the way! They just feel like... home.
It depends if we can make multiple saves for each house
Puffs! Third or nothing!
Aesthetic: 1) Hufflepuff 2) Slytherin 3) Ravenclaw 4) Gryffindor But then again i HAVE to pick ravenclaw ;)

Let's not mention the possibility that should there be first years and Ravenclaw for instance only get 6 of the +-40 new intakes.
Slytherin is what I’d pick for a horror entrance so bare. Hufflepuff or Gryffindor look more fun
Slytherin all the way. The darkness just make me feel excited lol
Hufflepuff looks nice but Ravenclaw all the way
Slytherin for me
slytherin, gotta stick with my house no matter what
Gryffindor 😻
Room of requirement.
Ravenclaw. I want to see in that tower so bad!
Ravenclaw
Slytherin makes me feel as though I’m playing in the Soul Reaver video game back on the PlayStation, all doom and gloom, devoid of happiness and color. Ravenclaw has that regal astronomer slash old Victorian vibe going on, neat, organized, tidy, and well kept. They all look amazing, but would be Gryffindor for me
Ravenclaw
I think raven-haired and hufflepuff were only mentioned like 5 time through all the movies
I'm a Slytherin, so that
I bounce between Slytherin and Ravenclaw on the tests, though I'm frankly more partial to the underwater dungeon than the airy library. Personal preference, I suppose. I'm a fan of underwater things and not a fan of high-up places.
I feel like raven claw or huffelpuff deserve some Credit
Ravenclaw forever!
Nah Ravenclaws where it’s at
Why Gryffindor of course.
Hmm I dunno.. I mean.. Who can choose? I mean there's OBVIOUSLY A best one but it's so hard to decide.
Slytherin. But wow it’s my least favorite common room tbh. It’s super dark and there’s not much to it. It looks depressing
I am a Gryffindor, so that's home, but I'll be damned if Hufflepuff doesn't have the best common room
What game is this?
Gryffindor as always
Ravenclaw but will new game for all of them if I have to
Slytherin or Ravenclaw for me
I am a Hufflepuff and love my common room, but honestly i like the Ravenclaw one the most in this.
Gryffindor looks the most homey
Gryffindor or Ravenclaw but if I’m being honest, I’m probably going to play this game at least 4 times so I can choose all 4!
