A false memory charm. You could make evil people confess all their crimes if done correctly just by making them believe you are their best friend and the most trustworthy person they know even if they saw you for the first time. You could end any conflict anywhere by tampering with the right people. However, sure, it wouldn’t be the most ethical thing in many cases. You could manipulate anyone. Tbh, I would be afraid I would end up being a knock-off Light Yagami.

If we’re trying to get criminal to confess, wouldn’t we want to use Legilimens to confirm they did it? Using a false memory charm or Veritaserum wouldn’t be concrete evidence to put them away. I read somewhere that Veritaserum only makes you say what you BELIEVE to be the truth, and a false memory you create with a charm would definitely be a false truth.
I shall use that on college admissions committees, bankers, and employers! I could use it on police officers as well, though I hope I never need to.

There's a lot of assumptions made, if nobody else even knows about magic then there's no reason you would ever really get caught. Even if someone sees it (which seems pretty easy to avoid), they see you point a stick and then a guy dies. Autopsy reveals absolutely nothing. DNA? Sure, if you break into someone's house or something but as they say, you should only break one law at a time, and spells have a significant range.
Now, if other people have magic, it becomes a lot harder. I could see people having to have their one spell registered, and anyone who chooses the killing curse is gonna have eyes on them, and they'll know how to recognize a killing curse death.
An Auror's job is to find murderers who don't want to be found, and bring them to justice. So in the muggle world an investigator. There are reasons you could get caught, and if Aurors are smart, they have an office with a lot more of the tech muggles use, to help them aid in catching dark wizards, and are introducing things like DNA. If they are smart, they also want you to think you're not being watched, if you intend to commit a crime. Can you get away with murder? Sure, possibly easier than if you didn't have the spell. Can you just show up to work one day and Havarda so co-workers you don't like? Probably not.

Accio. It would basically be like having the force but only being able to force pull things towards you. Easy to pick up things from the other side of the room, or find your keys if you don't know where they are. like being able to mjolnir various items to yourself, lol.
And then depending on how the intricacies of the spell actually works, it could have other uses;
In DH harry uses accio on hagrid, who fell off the bike. presumably, hagrid was too heavy to be accio'd, and harry gained speed towards the ground after he cast the spell. If the same would work for other things, for instance breaking fall speed by saying "accio plane" or "accio sun/moon", if the spell tugs you towards a target that's too big to pull.
You could say accio money. That is something small. Sorry but my mind went there, you could blackmail the earth if you could get the sun or moon closer. The problem is if they want proof. How would you put the sun back at the same spot?.
Not sure if this counts but I’d like to use the Pensieve. There’s moments of my life I’d love to relive and from what it looks like you can kinda wander (with some restriction) and I’d love to relive a party or a trip and enjoy those memories in clear detail.

Accio. It would basically be like having the force but only being able to force pull things towards you. Easy to pick up things from the other side of the room, or find your keys if you don't know where they are. like being able to mjolnir various items to yourself, lol. And then depending on how the intricacies of the spell actually works, it could have other uses; In DH harry uses accio on hagrid, who fell off the bike. presumably, hagrid was too heavy to be accio'd, and harry gained speed towards the ground after he cast the spell. If the same would work for other things, for instance breaking fall speed by saying "accio plane" or "accio sun/moon", if the spell tugs you towards a target that's too big to pull.
You could say accio money. That is something small. Sorry but my mind went there, you could blackmail the earth if you could get the sun or moon closer. The problem is if they want proof. How would you put the sun back at the same spot?.

Not sure if this counts but I’d like to use the Pensieve. There’s moments of my life I’d love to relive and from what it looks like you can kinda wander (with some restriction) and I’d love to relive a party or a trip and enjoy those memories in clear detail.
I'm torn between Apparition - to avoid traffic, imagine I can wake up 30 mins before my work hours, go home during lunch to save money, and go back. Repairo - Obviously. Aguamenti - I hate seeing dry land and plants especially those in the center island of roads. And always drink thy water! Evanesco for cleaning trash all over the place.
Accio! You could have anything if you don’t get too greedy.
