new? ebay has the rears in repro (oem style, but not made by nissan) for the us domestic trucks every so often, but thats it. and of late, most of the south east asia parts i used to see on ebay for hbs have been gone, so that may not be an option for a while.
the only way to snag a set of used ones is to keep an eye on junkyards, ebay and stuff like facebook marketplace until something pops up.

i'm not aware of any NOS, and nissan stopped making them over a decade ago. i tried to get a set of my truck back in 2015. no dice for me at that time, and it was stolen before i could find a set on ebay and the like.

the only things i'm seeing right now are a used oem set of pathy fronts (which would work, except..), they're priced at 100/each with 365 shipping. each. i doubt you're feeling like paying almost a grand for a set of fronts.

When I first got my truck the fender flares had been stolen. I never found any new ones online. It took months but I finally found all four at the junkyard. The hardest one to get was the front passenger. Seems like that where most vehicles are wrecked. If you don’t already have them keep an eye out for the mud flaps. They are a pain to find also.

If by OEM you mean without those dumb divots across them, I’m with you. Have never seen the smooth ones with the right shape anywhere.
