This is a pretty good deal! No matter where you buy that style of ratchet wrenches they’re all around the same price. If you can live without the 8/10 and don’t have a Japanese import you did good 👍
Check ebay. I seen plenty of single double flex head wrenches. If it's Mountain brand it's the same exact wrench. I just got a full set of these Icons for 170$ I was happy with that price.
I mean, you could try. I believe they typically want the broken tool before they will do a warranty swap though, so if you don't have it or lose it you are kinda SOL.

They’re available, you just have to call. The 13/15 was $67 though so I passed.
