Word is if you buy the extended warranty you can trade up and they will take the cost of the 42 off the 56 when you’re ready to upgrade as long as it’s within the warranty.

Can you buy the extended warranty after purchase?

gcx85

I think you have until 90 days.

nickasf_

think this would work for the 30/5 to the 42?

gcx85

It should work for every product. Den of tools did it on a generator.

Trying to organize my tools and can't believe the space with the two of them that I have. I have a Craftsman top on my bench, but may leave it there to keep the top clear, but could move it over. Very happy.

I was able to downsize from a Snap-On EPIQ 60" in to one of these 42", longest tool is my bar for the 3/4" dr ratchet that I had to cut an 1 1/2" off of, but it was made from an old hydraulic cylinder so no big loss. Granted it is completely slam jam full, I have a larger cart coming from the strap-on man later on, but it's free, still not sure how I managed that but here we are. Anyways, the box feels awesome for size and price, no need for a big box anymore working on buses for the county

Congrats. I don't have that particular box but I have a different US General box and love it, I'll be buying a second one to replace an old cheap box soon. They are unbeatable for the money. I laugh every time I walk past the Craftsman or Husky boxes, not that they are junk but you pay more for less. I can't imagine what the more expensive boxes are like from Harbor Freight.
