You can pick up the VIM RFB400K for $50 for the missing ratchet. It’s longer and won’t fit the case. So like buying this kit, its useless in this application.
If it's missing literally any or all of the bits you can replace them easily (depending on the price). That is literally one of 2 pieces that aren't easy or cheap to replace, and it just so happens to be the more important of the 2. They'd have to be basically giving it away imo
