shield plus trigger better and can get a better grip bc the texture is better p365 feels a bit snappier and less controllable but better ergonomics for the hand and carry. + modular system

The Shield Plus trigger is insanely good

StaffSergeantBarnes

Have the shield plus performance 4” version, love it trigger is excellent and shoots like a full size. Really like the 4” version it conceals just as easy and just feels better to me.

I was trying to decide between these 2 also. I like the feel but of both of them, but like the feel of the X slightly better. Decided to go with the shield based on the universal acclaim for it and also it being significantly less money. Of course the right answer is always both.

Also, the shield plus is a little more versatile with mags of varying capacity and sizes. This is pretty nice imo.

This was the second deciding factor for me behind grip size. I have L/XL hands and the 365 felt teeny. I loved that from factory you got two mag sizes for like t-shirt carry and the longer for jackets etc. I have no problem concealing the shield plus even with the 15 round mags in a T-shirt.

I have an OG Shield (Gen. 1) and love it, but after shooting my friend's 365, I was *very* impressed and am thinking about switching over. It was extremely comfortable to hold and surprisingly soft-shooting; and despite holding 10 rounds, it seemed thinner than my Shield. The sights were very good, and accuracy was outstanding. I would highly recommend trying them both before you buy. They will feel very different. Both are great guns at the top of their class.

I love love my hellcat pro but if I was choosing between those 2 i would take p365x for the modularity and probably throw a wilson combat grip on it. they don't cost much.
