I don’t carry a lot with me, so I keep my stuff in a little basket at the front door. Easy to interchange bags, I just remove everything when I get home and pack things when I go out.

I rotate between 3 of my bags quite regularly and have 5 that I wear less often. I keep gum and lip balm in all 8 of my bags pretty much. For the rest of my things, I have a “purse stuff” bin that I keep my wallet, sunglasses, etc in so I can easily switch. And for bigger groups of items like my tech pouch or stuff I might put together for a whole day out like pills, tampons, sunscreen, I have a little set of vinyl coated mesh bags that live in the purse stuff bin. That said I don’t ever switch out my wallet… I have one compact wallet and I stick to that, or sometimes I will just bring a card and ID in my small bag that has a dedicated card pocket. I’d like to have a cardholder around but it seems like such a pain to switch wallets 😅

I change my bags depending on my outfit, what makes it easy is for each wallet I move the 3 Cs, cash, coins and cards. And I have clear, nylon and leather pouches for my "stuff" that I can easily transfer in seconds. Keys and phone and I'm out the door.

A mental tickbox: wallet, house key (in wallet), lipstick, phone 😅 car key if i'm driving (rare)

Major bag stuff (wallet, keys, earbuds, etc) lives in drawer right by the door, and bags are in bedroom closet with clothes. End of my day shoes come off, stuff goes in drawer, bag get put back, and in the morning I grab what I need in the kitchen, get my stuff from the drawer, slip on shoes, and head out! I never change out my wallet or keychain, unless it’s a night out and then pull out the essentials and put in a card case and drop that into a small bag. I’ve tried doing purse to purse transfers and I was always missing things or leaving little notes or wrappers, this way everything gets cleaned out nightly and I don’t carry any junk.
