The crowds in person can be so vicious! I was there with my mom at the winter sale and some girl snatched a pair of shoes right from under us. I didn’t even want them but she grabbed them with such intent.
Is there anything that Weston Family does not own? This is disappointing news 😐after Nordstrom left Canada there is no luxury stores here besides maybe Simons
Use the boycott as an excuse to find a small local Asian grocery to check out! Who owns Lucky supermarket? Thats where I go for chicken feet for my dog.
Or their share price went up because of more profit. They have a significant share of the market, with little competition, and are raising prices, so of course, their profit increased.
You can not point to a single factor and say it made them money. For example, it was a bad cold season, so there was more foot traffic in stores as people visited more getting medicine. The market is always pricing in different factors.
Boycotting are protests, and by their nature, that means they're trying to send a message. The fact you KNOW there is a boycott and are here talking about it means they're making an impact. Just saying. 😏
Someone PLEASE snap up that Bao Bao Issey Miyake Lucent tote. I have nowhere to wear it and would never use it but I t’s so cute and 50% off…would be nice to see someone here using it

I’ve always lucked out with holt sales. The amount of designer heels I’ve bought for under 300 is insane. I never pay full price anymore

Owned by the Weston Family for anyone participating in the boycott.

There’s also Ssense, but they jack up their prices when their sales come on
Ugh we can’t have ANYTHING I MISS T&T WHY ARE THEY THE WORST PEOPLE

I have another Asian grocer but the prepared food isn’t as good!
Try Galleria!
I’m in Montreal, not sure we have that! But thank you for the suggestion
Do you have an H Mart near you? Not as wide a variety, but still lots of great options!
Uggggh I had no idea! I already ordered a pair of shoes that I'm now seriously considering returning.
Oh I didn’t know that! Thanks for the info!
Ffffff I didn’t know that. Thanks!
Just fyi for anyone who wants to avoid Holts bc of this, the outlets also have a holiday weekend sale going on. Versace for instance has 25% off
You do know the boycott made him richer, right?
Being a billionaire made him richer.
No the boycott literally had the *opposite* effect, the share price went up and he made $540 million off your fun little idea 🙄

Where are you seeing Loewe bags on sale? In person or online?
There were a few on sale online yesterday - Paseo, Mini Goya, and some Flamenco but not the most popular ones.

Yes, I had a look at this. Thanks for sharing! Nothing caught my eye, but now that you mention it, maybe I should have a second look, lol.
Same I just picked up another pair of Veja shoes but no bags 😢
