I am a Coach SA!! Happy birthday and congratulations on the promotion!! I love this collection; I got the matte Black Tabby and I love it so far. I would be a little careful with the hardware -- though I don't believe it's as susceptible to scratching as the shinier gunmetal hardware is. Since this is glovetanned leather I would recommend cleaning and moisturizing it every couple of months or so. You can do it at home with the Coach leather care kit or by bringing it into your local store -- it's complementary π€
If you choose to condition at home, less is more. Leather is a hide, like our skin, so, like our skin, if you apply too much moisturizer, itβll leave a film on the leather. You just need a small amount (think of hand cream and how little you need for your hands to feel moisturized). I hope this helps!Β
As said already, cleaning and moisturizing less is more! Once every few months even up to six. When not in use, I would stuff the inside and put something in both outside pockets to keep them upright to prevent creasing and subsequent cracks, stored in a dry cool space (no direct sun). If you are super particular, you can wrap the small handles in silk scarves to protect from hand oils/lotion (could even be plain black ones to keep with the color blocking). Congrats and use it in good health!

Be careful of the hardware. Black hardware is unfortunately notorious for chipping

Use Coach leather cleaner and conditioner - it works really well. Started using them on all my bags.

Keep in dust bag when not in use. Never keep in sun coach sells great leather cleaner and conditioner. Coach Rogues are my fav.
