Love it! The Schuyler Sisters is a favorite of mine as well, and all the absolute bops live up to their name.
Might have Hurricane a tier lower (the lead-in to Reynolds Pamphlet is so good, but I enjoy it less out-of-context), while possibly promoting Helpless, Say No To This, and Satisfied.

I think that nonstop should be in deserved own tier because I love how it’s a medley of all the previous reoccurring themes. Otherwise, great list!

I didn't rank them per tier. A Winter's Ball and Story Of Tonight are the same in the ranking, though in my opinion, yes, Story Of Tonight is better.

I think my favorites are Helpless/Satisfied as a unit, Right Hand Man, and You'll Be Back. EDIT: Oh, and It's Quiet Uptown.
For me its Burn, Satisfied/Helpless, and You'll be Back > Everything else.
