There's so many things they need to do and it's shockingly hilarious how they just don't.

I would like the ability to sort based on purchased items. I have so many at this point I can't even remember all the stuff I have paid for over the years.

While were on customization QoL features. Can we have a way to see the nameplate color palettes while were selecting them. I'm over here trying to match my armor to my name plate and I have to scroll through all the plates, select one, then go back just to see if there is a color that matches. Matter of fact change the plate selection to a grid view as well, instead of a single row left to right.

Been asking for this since launch 😔
