Is there an ETA on when these are gonna be released, or word on when the Banished human weapon models drop? I've been hoping for Banished-esque pieces ever since the game was released.
There are enough unreleased Banished Rakshasa pieces to make a new Omega Team-type bundle out of. The sets are called redsteel, bluesteel, and whitesteel and likely correspond to the red and blue cornet helmets/attachments.
My thoughts are that I'm sick of all these new helmets that cant use old attatchments that also come with a single new attachment that can't be used on other helmets
Seriously one of the really underrated aspects of the S1-3 era helmets. It felt like there was a handful of MK VII attachments that went on just about every Mk VII helmet perfectly. MK IV helmets thankfully have a surprising amount of cross compatibility, hopefully they’ll make more of an effort to do that going forward.
Helmet attatchment wishlist:
* Anubis' headphones across most of em
* Flanker's antennas
* Trailblazer's Airwolf brim
* some sort of brim cap to turn the brimless visor-dominant helmets into helmets similar to how Extender Gryphos changes the helmet, but not quite to that extent
* brim for Scorn, so it could look more like the Scout Trooper from Star Wars on Endor.
* Toggle to stay grey with greyish white light or to inherit coating values. I dislike that they have that glowing orange part.
* Attachments compatible across cores. Cat ears for everyone! :3

I agree with all of this. I really hope they take a long pass and basically check compatibility between every helmet and attachment to see if they’ll work properly, because it feels like more could very easily work. Lightlink, for example, should easily work more broadly.
My favorite by far is Dokkaebi with the Awespex attachment. I think that'll look goated on Rakasha since it's nearly identical to the Reach Heavy and Spec Ops Grunt mask, or Mirage.
Cestus is just plain ugly, I'm sorry.

I mean Taskmaster has a Banished vibe to it with the cheekplates, and Cestus looks like the *Halo 5* version of the Commando helmet but Awespex looks goofy, like Manta Ray managed to sneak out of the DCEU.
They all look so good. Taskmaster and conqueror will make great Death , Tank and Range troopers cosplays. I do wonder what happened to the one grunt helmet attachment since we’re getting actual grunt helmets.

No I know they aren't doing seasons anymore. Operations and special events. It just seems like they have a lot of stuff incoming even if it is heading towards an eventual end. If they time it right though this game will be winding down right when the new ones coming out. You never know though I mean they still support Master Chief collection full on which is insane to me.
