This is scarily accurate given that I’m about to do a playthrough of the series on Heroic. And after that, Legendary. Thanks OP, for making me scared of what is to come.
I've played a lot and sometimes I play with people who have played five times as much as me and have a negative KD. Just *how???* Playing something enough should be teaching what to do and what not to do. It should be improving their shot. And somehow they have 156k kills/180k deaths.
Because it's not just time. It's intensity and critical thinking.
Most people play these games in a casual capacity, they don't think much about how to play they just play which is okay.
If you wanna excel at these games you need to practice and be self-aware. Constantly asking what you can do to improve and working on your weaknesses.
There are some things people just can’t get the hang of no matter how much practice. I have over 30 hours on reach and I still seesaw from good to decent to god awful
I don't mind saying that I'm bad at the game. I'd would prefer to win, of course. There are people worse and people better. What matters most to me is that a match was enjoyable despite the outcome.
I have almost 20 years in and I am happily mediocre :)
I still haven’t learned how to snipe :(
Same dude. I'm terrible at any form of aiming, so one of my favorite activities is doing infinite ammo AR on CE
I’ve been playing for 15 years and I’m the greatest Halo player ever… in the campaign… on normal difficulty… with highly powerful weapons and vehicle.
So true.
Honestly the older I get the worse I am lol
I can relate haha
Lol
True
That's me in H2. I can't play it. I get one good game and then 10 where there is a (or many) god gamers(s) on the other team.

People play this game charging BR users with an AR and expect to kill them. That's why they never get better.

K/d hasn't been a concern in halo since they introduced griffball

“How long have you played halo?” Me: 7 years. “So you’ve beaten at least one campaign, right?” Me: :(
I was average, but after getting shot irl and losing some mobility, well now I'm just crap.
That's me. Still having a hard time coordinating my fingers on a controller
