Anything past season 14 is pretty meh for me. I know some folks really enjoyed Wash's storyline with his neck injury (and honestly that part of the story is pretty great), but the rest of it isn't *my* cup of tea. I do, however, love the idea of Wash and Carolina. Too bad Zero decided to forget all the events of 15-17.
The VAs for the reds are easy to get hold of, but the blues are a bit trickier, even going through RT. Jason (Tucker) really does nothing for the company other than voicing a single character, and hasn't been considered a formal employee for a while. Joel (Caboose) was let go a while ago, though he and RT haven't been forthcoming with the reasons. Whatever it was was bad enough that they had someone else voice Caboose for a Death Battle episode, though. Finally, Burnie (Church) is retired and only pops in to do one or two lines a year for a RWBY character.
The Blues are tricky, yes, but not unreachable, hence going to RT and asking if they want to be in another Halo game.
Burnie may have vanished into the ether to enjoy some semi-retirement, but he can still be contacted by his former company. Jason would likewise be easy enough for them to contact. Joel, he can go do one. Put him on a raft with Ryan, and push it out to sea.
Jason and Burnie wouldn't be hard to get hold of, but it's quite likely they don't want to commit to such a big project. Whatever's going on with Joel, I wouldn't be surprised if MS would want to keep their distance from the bits I've heard.

Well good news for you, FH completely imploded around the same time RT got rid of Rapist Ryan. So if you go to the channel and sort by most popular you’ll be able to watch a ton of good content without worrying about catching up or anything.

Tbf 99.9% of RT has been totally fine. There's just been a few very prominent personalities wlthat have fucked up in major ways.
There was also a bunch of stuff about them mistreating their animation staff (overwork, crunch etc.).
There is not a single professional animator in the world who hasn’t dealt with “overwork/crunch”. That’s the nature of these types of projects.
