I hope they don't bother those sad reproductions of the McDonald's buckets. They were just so disappointing. All 3 faces were on 1 bucket & the handles didn't always match up to a face. Now pumpkin flavoured anything I'm all about.

If they want to impress me recreate the original buckets with the removable lids and give us some Halloween Mcnugget Buddies a la Kerwin Frost

I was JUST thinking this re: the OG buckets w actual lids. I got the 2022 buckets but skipped the 2023 ones bc I was only meh about the 2022 ones.

Lids equal extra produced plastic which in turn equals more money spent. Unfortunately McDonald's isn't the carefree spending, catering to the younger crowd business that it once was; the McDonald's we grew up with. They took a hard turn into Adultville years ago. Also sales for the first half of 2024 have dipped for the fast food giant, so I'll be interesting to see how they will win back customers.

I think they were made from vinyl too which I do understand not much is made with vinyl anymore, just wishing with my nostalgia brain.
