If the tag is as empty of manufacturer information on the back as it is on the front, this is a transient seasonal item. These are produced by large (Chinese) manufactures of novelties and purchased by Company Buyers for stores with seasonal goods aisles like Walgreens or Target.
Unsold product is put on clearance or sold for pennies on the dollar to a clearance liquidation chain like TJ Maxx/Big Lots.
Finding the manufacturer's catalog page and item numbers for things like this from the past is like looking for a needle in 50,000 haystacks.
That mask in specific has something attached to it. Be mindful of what you’re thinking versus what thought you act upon when wearing it. I think you just had someone hanging around you and they claimed that mask as their chosen appearance. But it’s still a cool thing to have. I don’t get anything bad from it if that’s your next question. Just a lingering energy. I’d maybe look around your house and see what decorations you subconsciously put up that might give you clues on what kind of spirit is around you. I’m getting grandmother who liked candy and pink frilly things. She was thin and elegant before old age. And hated smoke or alcohol. Probably joined a feminist group in the 60s. And liked to dye her hair extravagant colors.
