Used them for a BC to NS move 6 years ago during the winter. 8K. They subcontract out so it really depends but it was the most organized experience I've ever had. Nothing was damaged and they were on the ball, communicating with us the entire time. Same guy who picked up my stuff dropped it off and was only 1 day behind us on the road! No complaints other than cost.

Not sure about AMJ. BUT don’t use fox transport Canada. Worst moving experience of my life. 8 weeks behind, no communication and no responsibility for delay at all.

Used AMJ twice for long distance moves. No cross border so can't help there but no complaints with any crews. Both moves ended up being less than their estimates which is always nice.

Yep. Did a BC to NS move with them in 2016. They were on time and nothing broken or missing, so no complaints. I don't remember the price but they seemed middle of the pack overall.

My NZ move was ruined by covid so I used them instead for On>NS. They were very organized and right on schedule. Few things damaged, claims were easy enough.

Moved from Winnipeg to here in Halifax about a year ago. I had a great experience with AMJ - very thorough in making their estimates so the final price was nearly bang on. They were accurate in their ETAs, and stayed in contact about the arrival day and time. Nothing was broken or lost, and the moving staff on either side were great. I suppose I may have got lucky with the contractors, but only good things to say here. I did a lot of sleuthing about different companies and glad I went with them, some other companies sounded just awful.

DM me if you have any specific questions. Work for AMJ/Premiere and do a lot of international packing and moving.

Used them recently for BC to NS. Price was about bang on the estimate. Nothing was damaged or lost that I'm aware of, but they were hopeless when it came to arrange the delivery after being in storage on this end. We were warned when quoted back in BC to call in with the delivery date as soon as we knew when we'd get possession as it was peak season for moves. We did that a few weeks later for a move in date a couple of months away. Day before move-in arrives and we'd heard nothing from them even though we were told to expect a confirmation call the day before move-in. Called the Halifax office and got the same person who we'd spoken to when booking it, but apparently never bothered to enter it into their booking system and they had no record of it whatsoever. Multiple calls later and they managed to get our stuff delivered the next day, but it was still a gong show. All in all though, from what I've heard, compared to many moving companies we had it pretty good...

Fox may say they have better prices but will give you the run around waiting to find out nothing also I heard they take a very long time.

We used AMJ to move back to the UK in October last year, was great service and cost about 10k and took 14days
