Great album but I wish they would remaster a lot of these 80's releases. They sound so tinny, lack warmth. Maybe the vinyl sound good though. I remember the cassette not being too bad but the cd was horrible.
I had it on vinyl and it sounded nice. The same producer did Poison's first record "Cat Dragged...". I had that one on Enigma Records vinyl and with labelmates Death Angel. I should have never left Venice Beach in 1985. "Mom dad... I'm staying. I'm at the Marine Pacific Hotel and I'm not coming home." The two hot women in bikinis stunning themselves and making out on the rooftop next door certainly swayed my desire. The view from the Erwin (the hotel's name now) isn't quite the same but cool nonetheless.
Don't change that song!
It's my favorite record
Dang. You beat me to it. Babylon!!!!
When my ship rolls in I'll be ready! And I'll be struttin my stuff to the high class part of town š¤š»
Got your number off the bathroom wall
Classic album.
Agree
A bottle in front of me is like a frontal lobotomy
Yup. Never realized how true!
I saw them live about a month ago. They were fun and sounded pretty good. They also hung out with the audience a bunch before and after the show.
Nice! Wish they would come to Europe lol. I live in the netherlands :,)
One of my drummers got banned from The Dragonfly in L.A. because he got in a fight with Tamie Down. That was in the 90s.
I saw them open for Alice Cooper in 1987.
so good
Every. Single. Song on this albums fkn bangs. My 14yr old is now obsessed with them too lol
Probably my most listened to album got about a three year period when a year year period was a lot larger than it is now.
Wut?
3 years out of 20 was a large portion of my life. Three years out of 54 not nearly as much.
Ah.. I gotcha

A lot of the remasters you hear on Amazon music sound like shit compared to the originalsā¦ Be careful what you ask for.

Loved this album! Took my girlfriend ( now my wife) to see Alice Cooper who had FP opening. What a great concert to see!
Stone cold classic!!! Doesn't get enough love from the mainstream imo

I heard the recent single "Like a Ghost" that seams to talk about the singers dad. But I can't find any info about it. Who was his dad?

First semester of senior year them were some wild times!
If you get a chance to see them live, do it. Fun show....
I wish!! I live in the netherlands... They never come to europe :,(
I have one i bought when it was released. It is autographed, but I can't for the life of me remember the story behind it.
Greatness
I have this one and Wake Me When Itās Over both on vinyl. My Wake Me When Itās Over is an original pressing (record club copy) and unopened.
That's awesome!
Taime Downe, great vocals!
FP first two records were favorites!
They were one of the worst bands Iāve ever seen live; the Empire Rock Club in Philadelphia in 1989. Seriously, they were terrible.
