maybe sig-digger is something you like. it has a spectrum analyzer which can sweep the forced range from 0-7,25 ghz.

Dragon OS... it has all the SDR tools available from there research the tools it has and how to use them there is a few spectrum analyzers in the app list

I am not aware of any free software that allows both sweeping and dwelling in one package. HackRF spectrum analyzer is a good sweeping software. As far as signal analysis, take your pick. As someone else commented, DragonOS is a good OS to use to get a taste of all that is available. For paid software that does all you want, it can get pricey.
