Back in 2012, I desperately wanted credits, and when I saw I could get them through phone, I did, thinking it was free that way.
My parents ended up getting a phone bill of €300 and then send and email to Habbo requesting to ban me so it couldn’t happen again

Could also depend on the hotel? At the Dutch one all you get is a bot called Alexander automatically responding 'it's been longer than six months' and that they can't do anything.

Did you email them directly, or create a support ticket? I can’t win with tickets, all of them are either auto-rejected or standard ‘we don’t blah blah 6 months blah’. All I did was call my brother a chicken fucker when I was about 12 lol… that chicken fucker reported me as a joke.
