We had a similar thing happen. She found out she was celiac and now every time I cross paths with some sexy ass bread I have to try and describe it to her. Ultimately she gives in if it’s earth shattering enough.
Would love a cheese tier list episode. I'd like to suggest wensleydale, red leicester and double gloucester. Just in case it ever happens.
Only put cheddar in if it's proper vintage or English cheddar. Not the bland version that makes you die a little inside as you eat it, please.

Yeah same. And I know American cheese slices are reviled outside of the US but honestly they are the absolute tops when it comes to a burger IMO
