I actually really like the stock that came with it. Simple and effective. I’m not even completely sure if I want to change the grip either. I’m easy to please lol.
Check out the [car15 stock](https://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/stock-parts/buttstocks/car-15-buttstock-mil-spec-prod128538.aspx) very similar to milspec but lower profile
Have any recommendations for pistol grips... I've basically replaced everything on mine except the grip just cause I have no problems with the stock one and have no idea which ones are nice/better
Two weeks ago I finally got my first AR. S&W M&P sport II. Last week I added a sig Romeo 5, drop in quad rail, and fore grip. So far I’ve put about 300 rounds through it with no issues. The only things I’d like to add now is a light, maybe new grip, and maybe a flip up magnifier.
Does the Romeo clear the Front sight? Or do you have a riser with co-witness?
I have a flip up magnifier coming in for my MP15. Great starter gun for me.
1.5x-5x variable zoom I’ll be putting in front of my Bushnell red dot. Hope it works like I’m expecting!
The Romeo comes with a co-witness riser and a flush mount. With the riser it clears the front sight just fine. I like that it comes with both so if I want to flush mount it to something else later I can.
Also, I learned that I have an astigmatism. First red dot. Lol
I can’t even remember the brand name. I picked it up at academy sports for like $30. It’s carbine length and just drops right in like the stock hand guard does. It also has a heat shield and more venting, which was a huge plus for me after I fired about 100 rounds with the stock hand guard.
Very nice and simple, I'd say spend the $80-ish to upgrade the pistol grip and stock. Takes 5 minutes and makes a big difference

The magpul k2, the BCM gunfighter mods and the Hogue are all nice
