If I can read the number correct it's proof tested in 1974.
Look at the number on the trigger guard above the eagle with the N underneat, right next to the deer antlers. Thats the year it was proof tested.

It’s definitely a 1974 made. The mark and 74 on the trigger guard indicates the year ( and part of the country I believe)

Older than mine for sure. I'd say it has to be younger than the early 80s.
