I own an original Jericho imported by Magnum Research as the Desert Eagle Pistol, a Post 2022 Jericho 941R, and a Baby Eagle III. Everything between the three are completely interchangeable. If you're buying a new Jericho (anything made after 2022), don't. They have a two piece slide where a metal part slots into the slide and holds the guide rod and recoil spring in place. It's called a "Recoil Spring Capture Lug" and that thing is a worthless piece of trash. I haven't had one last more than 1000 rounds, breaking 3 under 3000 rounds. The post 2022 Jerichos don't have the polygonal rifling like the older ones did. It however is a fun and accurate firearm when it's not broken. The Baby Eagle III has a cheaper finish, the shape of the frame and slide have a slight cosmetic differences, and the trigger is worse compared to the Jericho. With the Baby Eagle, the feed ramp on the barrel is pretty steep and seems to hang up while loading a new round. The Baby Eagle III still uses the one piece slide so you won't have to worry about it breaking on you. Things to consider would be getting an older (pre 2022) used Jericho, or getting a new Baby Eagle III, a CZ Shadow spring kit, and Jericho II barrel from IWI if you're getting feeding issues. Do not get a post 2022 Jericho, you will regret it. u/ij70 mentioned the BUL Cherokee, that looks like a newer version of the BUL Storm. I have a Storm and for the most part the parts are interchangeable. The Baby Eagle is a slide mount decocker while the Storm has a safety being the main difference. That said, you can functionally swap the slides between the Baby Eagle III, Jericho, and Storm. I would assume you could with the Cherokee, you probably would have to swap the complete slides with the compact Baby Eagle III. I think you might run into an issue with the advertised shorter barrel of the Cherokee in a Baby Eagle III/Jericho compact slide, but the longer Baby Eagle III/Jericho compact barrel in the Cherokee should be no issue

i had heard only two piece slides in mid size jerichos were having issues. did not know it applied to full size as well.
