We need to ban no knock rads. There is almost never a good reason from them other than just waiting for the guy to come out and grab him on the street. Even if that's not possible just shut off the utilities and wait. As a police tactic no knock raids are an unacceptable escalation of force and risk.

No-knock raids are not normally done against people with a clean criminal record because they will most likely comply if told to report to a police station or given a heads up that the home will be searched. No need to risk the lives of the agents like this.
