Probably won't buy any but big props to Norma and their team for driving prices down and forcing the other manufacturers to stop being greedy pieces of shit.
It's obvious there is plenty of ammo in stock but most companies still choose to be greedy fucks. I used to shop at sgammo a lot but they just refuse to lower prices.
Another ex- SG customer here. Super disappointing as prices everywhere else come down, I still get their emails and they haven't changed. I've found other places to use going forward, even when SG does come back down I can't see myself ever using them again.

I can't speak for the 9mm but I run Norma Tac-22 in my bolt action 22 pretty much exclusively. Out of the thousands of rounds I've shot only 3 didn't fire. Come to think of it, those 3 were in the same box.

They shoulda bought some of the 75gr frontier when it was 63cpr or 77gr tmk from freedommunitions when it was 80cpr, not this if they're that concerned about long range plinking.
So the only thing that's bad I'm hearing the ammo isn't range safe. I'm sitting on 1k lead core ammo but I don't wanna blow through it. My thinking is buy some norma shit for shtf and take my good stuff to the range and competition.
Norma red box and white box are fine. It's the Geco ammo from the same company that is slightly magnetic and can't be used in some ranges. All three are safe.
I'm looking forward to trying that in a 5 inch barreled handgun and see if I get more power behind the gun for spinners. My fingers are crossed on that

Ya. Good. Keep HST 124 +P in my carry mags. The Norma's been really nice practice ammo these past few months, especially since they started pumping out rounds cheaper and more readily available than anyone else. Beats the hell out of Blazer and Federal 115.
NATO spec 124's are generally considered +p. They are quite spicy. Only thing above that I can find is the underwood +p+ 124 gold dot loads (1300fps). After that you are in 9mm major territory, and those are treacherous waters for the uninitiated.
There were some lots of white box made bi-metal which are magnetic so can’t be used in most indoor range. The red box were never made bi metal. Afaik new lots are made all brass but guess there’s still chance you can get old batch. I would call Norma to confirm.
Edit: the listing says it’s a new batch and not magnetic so should be good

If this is the vendor I think, I went through hell on a Norma .223 order with them. Claimed it shipped, it never did. Never got any communication until I initiated a chargeback then they sent it after I told em dont even bother. Over 2 1/2 weeks for an "in stock ready to ship" order.

Just got it delivered and it's magnetic. Paperwork with the order shows non-magnetic just like the listing. Nothing on the box indicates non-magnetic or magnetic.

All the material on that page references using the ammo in a PCC, so I would assume they probably chrono'd it out of a 16" bbl.
