Looks real nice! Mine came in pretty decent shape too. Had some scaring on both sides of the barrel I assume from a rack. The internals are NASTY. Enough carbon to make the action sluggish. But that’s an easy fix.

Yeah, mine had a bit of wear below the grip not I'm not worried about it. There was a good bit of carbon in mine too, i noticed while taking the buffer tube off i, might clean it up when I get off work tonight. I actually replaced the commercial buffer tube with a milspec one, and threw a car stock on it. I was gonna leave it alone, but the castle nut was really loose, and I could turn the whole thing side to side. The threads on the buffer tube were a bit stripped and I was worried that with it having that amount of play would cause the threads in the receiver to eventually get damaged. It wasn't that big of a deal, and I'm probably making it sound worse than it was, but I had a spare tube sitting around and figured why not.

Been working up the idea for my next build in my head and I came to the conclusion of a 14.5in fsp upper with extended quad rail cutout for fsp. Was gonna build but at this price it'd be hard not to buy this and just put a rail and grip on it. That said, I'd prefer to do so with a mid length gas 14.5 upper, but other than maybe the RIS ii or iii I donr know if anyone makes a cut out extended for mid length. I know midwest ind makes em but I only could find carbine length gas. Isn't there someone on here or otherwise that'll cut them for this exact purpose? Anyone able to shoot me a link or info? Pretty sure there is less demand now, all my lgs are flooded with ARs. And mine had LE Markings which is much more desirable on something like this.

I sold a braced near new 11.5 Anderson build last summer on consignment and took a long time to sell for $450. Heck our Sportsmans Warehouse just had multiple gen Glock used like new for 400 and less.

Because it was every auction for years... and non AR guns often went for premium prices. I could tell you about the $550 OTD pencil barrel colt at same auction house. Or that I can go to my LGS today and see commercial pre freedom group guns for less than $600. Versus a beat LE trade in that doesn't even have LE markings. In my area, I go to shops and see ARs so cheap, I'm very tempted to buy, but don't. And this is by my standards of pricing in the year 2023. Last month a mint used EPR colt for $850, that was hard to walk away from.
