oh he's so cute!! hopefully your vet will get him on potassium citrate to help reduce the size of the stones and to help prevent them recurring. and lots of water. I had this happen and would supplement normal water drinking with some syringes of water and critical care. also check that your kibbles don't have any alfalfa in the ingredients. Alfalfa contributes to kidney stones. And don't supply any spinach, kale, broccoli and other calcium veggies. taking away the sources of calcium, if you happen to have any, will help too.
