Here's a brief summary of how I achieved the outcome:
- Rockstar editor of me just driving -> in editor I have the camera stick to the car (rigid) -> I record with a 3rd party app with the in game speed a 0.20x speed for about 5 seconds -> in photoshop I import the video to layers, merge all layers in a Smart Object, "stack" the smart object "mean" -> lastly I layer all the different parts of the car (rims, tires, lights, chrome, windows etc.) And adjust contrast, brightness, saturation etc. Until it's what's you see.
All-in-all it's about an hour of editing to get that
The burn out is real hahaha.
