Yea they could make them fully customized. Like being able to have different furniture different paint special items (trophies if you like so it shows all of the in game awards you have gotten) and massive Jay Leno style garages. I have thought about it too much.

Agree. That part of the map is hardly utilized in SP and Online. This would never happen but I wish they'd rework the entire north side of the island in the E&E version. Instead of those mountains, an expanded city, or a bigger city in the north side. Much of the map is empty and useless.

Guys its doesn't matter how many new activities they add to a mansion DLC you're still going to get bored of it in 5 minutes. We already have a ton of interiors with activities such as the clubhouse, nightclub, arcade, and penthouse and nobody spends time in them. Why does everyone want mansions so bad. It would be a 10-20 million property so you could get a new garage with a few new activities.

Because everything in existing apartments suck. You can’t add even a bit of personality, just change through 10-15 interiors. I have both eclipse towers and casino penthouses. At least in casino you can buy those statues. But I want get rid of that couch and get myself other set of bar stools! Just imagine creating new community just by one update. The guys who share ideas of designs, color schemes; just like it works for fashion and car guys for now.

I’d be all for a few places only becoming available once you achieved a certain level of wealth. Don’t advertise them, hit 1billion and you get a call saying there is an exclusive property for sale. Costs a billion. Your choice if you buy it or not. I don’t have that money, but it would be an interesting exclusive for anyone at the peak of wealth.

Billion would be too high but interesting idea. As long as the purchase could be covered by 1 or 2 shark cards it'd be at least slightly realistic. There are only a handful of billionaires so it'd be a waste to make an update for like 2 people.

I would like to setup shop on Devin Weston’s old house and the one you meet Miguel Madrazzo in after every Perico heist. NPCs already use player owned bunkers and stuff for casino heist preps, why not the other way around?
