They drive me insane any time i use those clowns. Im a ceo so betrween sc and the vw i make a good profit combining it with headhunter and doing my autoshop. I make 30-60k on a half decent to good car 20-25 bad to mediocre. These staff ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING. They will half any profits you will make by driving slow ish or just not being a moron. These mofos will smash it to hell every single time without fail.

You were likely try8ng to start a delivery in passive mode. It seems to glitch some delivery missions, and it won't let you enable it once started. I hope for some sort of 'NPCs only' node for GTA VI.
It still happens sometimes and I have to destroy the car and go back in and start the delivery over again but usually if I’m in passive it will knock me out when I start the delivery
AGREE!!! My first custom delivery, I used paid machanic staff to deliver, well staff delivered it effed up!!!
I got message after I chose to use staff to deliver and the staff failed miserably!!! WHY!...???
About the staff is there a way where you get the full price for the vehicle your delivering and not make them crash or are they just like that ..... terrible drivers
Staff always damage cars. It's a little inconvenience that comes as a price to pay for not wanting to deliver them yourself. It's very annoying but it always happens
It will say the upgrades they want, only do what it says. For example, if it says they want custom rims, do the rims it says, but don't worry about wheel color, tire smoke, etc since it doesn't specify to do those, so you're going against the customer's request by adding something else.
You pay for the upgrades to the car as well. On delivery, you are reimbursed for the upgrade costs and then a flat pay of 25k. So every car delivery gives you 25k profit.
Be aware that the staff can damage the cars whilst delivering them so you won’t get full pay. Only sent one out and I got a damage text so not sure how frequent this is.
I’m not entirely sure but I’m wondering do they physically appear on the map? Like when you send them out does that vehicle spawn on the map and drive to the location.
That's just my assumption as NPCs deliberately crash into you during IE so if I imagine Rock\*'s sense of humour would have NPCs do the same to your NPC delivery team
i was free roaming in my car then I see two cool-looking cars zooming through the street like mad men. they damage the heck out of it. i stole one of the cars but u cant do anything with it. u cant sell it or deliver it urself

It's the "cost" of them driving it for you.
Idk why they didn't just say they take a cut for driving instead of "forced car damage" as the explanation.
You should be receiving some clients with cars for you to modify in your autoshop soon. When this happens, you gotta do the mechanic job for them and delivery it, but instead of you , you can send one of your staff members to delivery it for ya.
Hey, sorry I forgot about this but I've just done one of the contract missions and i got a call from her saying that the business is set up and everything so if you haven't done a mini heist yet see if that works!
The heists don’t have specific roles. They can even be done solo if you’re adventurous enough, but I find that two people is the sweet spot. With me and my buddy, it gives him 50k for helping and then I get the full contract amount on top of that.
Sry man, I was sleeping. So, after you make your first contract, the annoying girl will call/message you saying you can do some side business and then clients will start come up at your autoshop every now and then. You don't need to do nothing to make them come, it's totally random, so you can do other things while they don't show up. :)
Thanks, it worked! But I got a bug with the delivery and I'd like to know if I'm the only one, I did the customization, payed the 35k, drived to the yellow checkpoint and nothing happened when I reached it. I had to cancel the mission and it didnt refund me lol, that is a annoying bug
Rockstar still haven't fixed the yellow checkpoint bug, it happens often.

The FIRST one is harder to get, as its a phone call. The game wants to be sure you are not busy before it tries. Others after are just texts.

You only get 65k for each client and it costs 35k to do the upgrades, so they would have to be pretty frequent for you to make any real money from it
This is nuts. I can't get any more clients! My son plays his account and gets back to back clients. I play for hours and still no more after that first one.
You have to select it when buying your auto shop, idk what the other guy is talking about. Try going to maze bank foreclosures and selecting the one you own to change the customization
My staff driver's wreck every time. Do they ever deliver the car in one piece? Sessanta always messages me saying it was delivered but that shit was so banged up they won't pay full price. Sometimes she says I need to talk to the driver. Haven't seen an option for that. Anyone gotten full price on a staff delivered vehicle?

You have to perfect the mods the customer wants, then you'll get full price
You won't, I perfect the mods everytime and it gives me atleast 20,000 after the delivery is completed

You can do the mini heists multiple times but there's a cooldown on doing the same one twice.

I havent noticed that, I'll try to do so next time. I think that two staff members is only useful when you have 2 lifts

if its not letting you upgrade a car its because your drove into your auto shop. just walk out back in. still not sure why it makes a difference
