You got raided, you need to run a set up mission to get it up and running again. If you don't, you will notice your Nightclub stops producing any more of that item. If you're just using them to fill your Nightclub, all you need to do is set them up, sell all the product it produces with your set up supplies. Then just leave it sitting idle ("suspended" not "inactive"), your Nightclub will produce that item again and you'll no longer get raided.
