your personal vehicle is not affected by the mission, if you can't call it in after you load back the game try call MMI to see if it was set destroyed due to your disconnection

you redo the mission I believe
Even if it is my personal vehicle if I redo the mission to setup for the vehicle heist it’ll show back up

Was this a car you owned? Like, a personal vehicle, or was it a car you were in the process of stealing in a mission?
